As part of our strategic growth, we have established Credential Asset Management Pvt Ltd. This marks a crucial step forward as we diversify our business offerings and expand into the asset management space.

We are the Investment Manager of Credential India Realty Fund (currently under formation), a Category II AIF with a target corpus of INR 500 crore. The fund focuses on investments in self-liquidating real estate assets like residential projects to earn superior risk adjusted return. 

We aim to create long term value for our investors in the dynamic and rewarding real estate market.
